The thing is, I've been to a few American consulates in my day. They tend to involve a lot of scary guys with flak jackets and machine guns, who just stand around looking menacing. A giant fucking meteor has hit somewhere vaguely around the Alberta/Saskatchewan border. The whole sky lit up for most of those two provinces, at night.
